Of late I have returned to writing poetry. In
the process I have discovered the richness of Iranian poetry that sings
like little else I have seen in my life. Among these writers, Forugh is
one of the most amazing writers I have encountered. When I read her poems
I feel as if she is reading them personally to me, written for me. Few
poets have touched me to that depth.
I also do computer graphic art, in particular
portraits from photographs of people I admire. I have taken Photo 1 from
your gallery and created this canvas. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did
creating it and reading Forugh 's poems.
